ABOUT CHANGING
I found myself thinking about I changed in this past year. I find that many people don't like to change and they prefer to stay the same. They even say "I'm this way. I can not change".
Change is good.
Change is necessary.
We need change.
We want change.
Each of of us needs to grow in some areas of life. In which area do you need to change?
BIGGER THAN OUR CIRCUMSTANCES
I woke up this morning with this thought.
Instead of praying all the time for going out of the boat, for the storm, for the suffering to finish maybe we need to be there a little bit longer so God can show us how big He is and give us our miracle (not always the healing probably). The miracle for Him is that we start a relationship with Him. If everything is always ok in our lives, how can God show up and show us that He is bigger than our circumstances?
We are so afraid of pain and suffering, that we don't give God time to show us that He is bigger than everything, that He wants us to give us the key to overcome anything in our life. He wants to show us that we can do nothing without Him.
If this comes without suffering, ok.
If this comes with suffering, it's ok too.
Pain and suffering are not our enemies. Life without God is.
HE RESCUES ME
That's what God does every day for me.
He rescues me.
From my negativity.
From my self-centeredness.
From my selfishness.
From my fears.
Every day, I put all this garbage at His feet because I need to be rescued.
I need to get from Him again and again, one day after an other.
I need all the good things He has fo me.
As a good Father who takes care of His children, so My God is taking care of me.
